We are looking for an experienced Material Specialist to join a leading EPC project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor material requirements based on project schedules.
Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Logistics, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Construction teams.
Manage material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
Track material deliveries and resolve shortages or damaged material issues.
Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate material records using SAP/Oracle ERP.
Prepare material status, inventory, and shortage reports.
Support project close-out activities, including surplus material management.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pipeline projects.
• Mandatory GCC/Middle East experience.
• Strong experience in SAP MM and/or Oracle ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in material planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, logistics coordination, and material reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Preferred certifications: CSCP, CPIM, OSHA, or equivalent.
