Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility equipment.
2- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair faults in equipment and building systems.
3- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
4- Maintain maintenance records and report completed work.
5- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
6- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
7- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
2–5 years of maintenance experience in facilities, buildings, or industrial environments.
