A leading and well-established electrical manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Regional / General Manager – North India to lead its channel sales operations across the North Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth across North India through distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Area Business Managers.
• Develop and strengthen distributor and dealer relationships across the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and branch reviews.
• Resolve channel partner concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Head Office to execute sales strategies effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of experience in channel sales within the electrical products, fans, consumer durables, or allied industries.
• Strong network with distributors, dealers, and channel partners across North India.
• Proven experience in managing multi-city or multi-state sales operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
