quipment Operation: Safely and skillfully maneuver the tractor, engaging the rear boom/dipper for trenching and the front loader bucket for scooping, lifting, and stockpiling materials.Site Preparation & Utility Safety: Visually assess excavation areas, ensure underground utilities are marked, and safely dig around infrastructure to prevent damage.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operational and post-operational checks, lubricate moving parts, refill fluids, and perform minor adjustments.Job Site Coordination: Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other crew members to read blueprints and execute earthmoving according to project specifications.Material Handling & Cleanup: Load and unload dirt, gravel, asphalt, or debris into dump trucks, and assist with site cleanup and light demolition (e.g., removing broken sidewalks or curbs
