1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for office and factory facilities.
2. Carry out basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, gypsum, and minor civil works.
3. Inspect company facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
4. Manage office assets, tools, and maintenance records.
5. Purchase spare parts and maintenance materials.
6. Coordinate external contractors only when specialized work is required.
7. Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and in good working condition.
8. Support General Affair operational activities.
equirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Affair, Facilities, or Building Maintenance.
3. Able to perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
4. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
5. Experience in preventive maintenance is preferred.
6. Able to troubleshoot facility issues independently.
7. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
8. Willing to work both in the office and in the field.
9. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
