Position: Junior Python, QA & Integrations Engineer

Work arrangement: Full-time, remote within Bangladesh

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, with at least four working hours overlapping with Saudi Arabia business hours

Salary: BDT 35,000–55,000 per month, based on demonstrated ability

Initial probation: Three months, paid

Start date: As soon as mutually agreed

About the company
We are building locally deployed AI agents for companies that need strong privacy, control and auditability. This role is suitable for a careful junior developer who wants to grow in Python, AI applications, testing and enterprise integrations.

What you will do
• Write Python scripts and small backend modules.
• Build and maintain automated API tests.
• Prepare evaluation datasets for AI answers.
• Test document-processing pipelines.
• Build basic integrations with files, databases and business APIs.
• Reproduce bugs and write clear issue reports.
• Test user permissions and security-related behavior.
• Assist with Docker installation tests.
• Write technical and user documentation.
• Support release testing.
• Work under the guidance of the Python engineer and senior architect.

Required experience
• Six months to two years of software-development experience, including serious internships or substantial personal projects.
• Good Python fundamentals.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Git experience.
• Basic Linux command-line ability.
• Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written English.

Preferred experience
• pytest or another automated-testing framework.
• FastAPI or Django.
• Pandas.
• PDF or document-processing libraries.
• Playwright, Selenium or API testing.
• Docker fundamentals.
• Basic LLM, RAG, embedding or vector-database knowledge.
A university degree is not required. Strong projects and learning ability are more important.

4. Small paid assignment.
5. Identity and reference verification.
6. Three-month paid probation.
The paid task will involve testing a small document-processing API and writing clear automated tests.
