Also you will get a common hall to relax and kitchen is there too. Rent will paid every 6 month. But this time you have to pay for 4 months till November and then the cycle will continue for 6 months. Electricity bill will be shared with the other person living in the other room.
Location is just behind SABIC metro station. Mosque & super mart is just outside. Family park is on walking distance as well.
