Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily truck movements, dispatch and driver assignments
• Track vehicle documents, permits and license validity through the online platforms (TGA / Naql)
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and inspections and follow up with workshops
• Monitor traffic violations and ensure drivers and trucks meet requirements
• Keep fleet, trip and driver records updated
• Prepare daily and weekly operations reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a heavy transport or logistics company
• Good knowledge of truck permits and the TGA online platform
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Good computer skills (Excel, online platforms)
• Valid Saudi driving license is a plus
