We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare job postings and manage recruitment campaigns.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
