Job Summary:
The Hotel Manager oversees all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a focus on maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage all hotel departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
2. Guest Services:
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement plans to improve guest experiences and loyalty.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a competent team.
- Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
4. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services.
5. Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and revenue streams to achieve financial objectives.
6. Property Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure a well-functioning facility.
- Implement resource-efficient strategies for property upkeep.
7. Reporting and Additional Duties:
- Attached hereunder.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management or relevant hospitality roles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Hotel Manager may be assigned other duties related to their primary responsibilities, as necessary, to support the hotel's operations and guest satisfaction.
