Al Robaya Limited Company is actively seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Aramco projects to join our team.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of specialized experience in pipeline and wellhead projects within the oil and gas industry, particularly working on Aramco projects. Candidates with a proven track record of managing onshore projects and maintaining project potential for future development will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical engineering activities for pipeline and wellhead projects aligned with Aramco standards.
Oversee design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance processes to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical specifications, project plans, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in pipeline and wellhead projects within the oil and gas sector.
Extensive experience working on Aramco projects with thorough knowledge of their standards and requirements.
Prior experience managing onshore projects and maintaining project potential for future opportunities.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools.
