Rooms can be provided Furnished after one week of Advance Payment. Rooms are in one 3-Bedroom Flat can be provided furnished with Single/Double Bed, 2/4Doors Cabinet, AC Fitted, Common Fitted Kitchen, Shared Bath Room, Common Sitting Area. Each room can accommodate Two persons.

Rates & Terms of Accommodation:
- Two Persons sharing a Room: SAR 600/- per head monthly
- One Person renting a full room: SAR 1100/- monthly
- Six Months' Advance Payment (min 6-Month's Rental)
- Water/Electricity Included
- SAR 500/- Security fee to be paid separately, return able at the time of vacating the place.
- Any repairing during stay to be born by the tenant which may include but not limited to AC repairs, replacement of Bad Lights, BR Fans, Exhaust Fans, common area fittings/furniture etc.
