my family is on vacation so i am renting the flat.
its a neat and clean building with 2 lifts, parking facility is available near to building, mosque is just beside the building, supermarket, grocery stores and hotels are just a walk away distance.
electricity is not included in rent, internet is on sharing basis.
no need to purchase any item just come and use it.
