Rapco Groups Construction is looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement Officer to join our team in Ad Darb, Jizan.
Position: Procurement Officer
📍 Location: Jizan – Ad Darb
💰 Salary: Starting from SAR 3,500/month
Basic Salary: SAR 3,200
Food Allowance: SAR 300
Accommodation: Company-provided
Transportation: Company-provided
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, tools, and services.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
2. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
3. Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Store, and Finance departments regarding procurement requirements.
4. Ensure materials are purchased according to approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
5. Monitor supplier performance, pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
6. Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier information.
7. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and favorable terms.
8. Ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in construction activities.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Procurement Officer / Procurement Coordinator in the construction industry is preferred.
2. Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and local suppliers.
3. Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Transferable Iqama is REQUIRED.
7. Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
