CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION + SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYING
We are looking for an Engineer by background who can confidently handle both contractual and commercial responsibilities and independently manage the complete commercial life cycle of a major project in Riyadh.
🔥 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
🎓 Engineering Degree – Mandatory
💼 15+ Years’ Relevant Experience
📑 Strong Contract Administration experience
💰 Strong Senior Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience
📘 Excellent knowledge of FIDIC & Construction Contracts
📊 Strong experience in Claims, EOT, Variations, Payments, Final Accounts & Cost Control
🤝 Excellent Negotiation & Contractual Correspondence skills
🏆 MRICS / RICS / FIDIC qualification – Highly Preferred
🎓 Master’s Degree / relevant professional qualifications – Advantageous
🛠️ DISCIPLINE EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following sectors will be considered:
MEP CIVIL ARCHITECTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE

✔️ Transferable Iqama
