📍 **Location:** Anywhere along the **Riyadh Metro Blue Line (Line 1)**. The room should be within **walking distance of a Blue Line station**. I don’t want to take another bus to reach the metro.

💵 **Payment:** I can pay **monthly + one month advance only**. I cannot pay 2, 3, or 6 months in advance.

🧹 I’m a **clean, hygienic and responsible person** and prefer a clean and peaceful living environment.
