We are looking for a Web Designer / Developer & Automation Specialist who can design, develop, maintain, and improve websites and web-based systems, while creating automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Development:
-Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
-Maintain and update existing websites, pages, forms, and web content.
-Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
-Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, and performance issues.
-Implement modern UI/UX design principles.
-Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development frameworks/CMS.
Automation & Workflow Development:
-Develop automated workflows for administrative and operational processes.
-Automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, notifications, approvals, reporting, document generation, and data synchronization.
-Create integrations between websites, forms, spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
-Work with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.
-Develop and work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
-Identify manual processes that can be improved or automated.
Database & System Integration:
-Create and maintain databases and structured data systems.
-Connect websites and applications to databases and external services.
-Ensure accurate data transfer between different systems.
-Develop dashboards, reports, and automated data summaries where required.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
-Monitor websites and automated systems for errors or failures.
-Perform troubleshooting, updates, backups, and system maintenance.
-Maintain documentation for websites, automation workflows, APIs, and system configurations.
-Provide technical support to users and departments when needed.
-Ensure basic security and appropriate access control for systems and data.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-2+ years of relevant experience in web design/development and automation preferred.
-Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Experience with responsive web design and UI/UX.
-Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
-Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and spreadsheet-based systems.
-Experience with Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script, or similar automation platforms.
-Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
-Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
-Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
-Good English and Arabic communication and documentation skills.
