Location: Biblo Bakery • Pâtisserie • Café, Saar Springs, Bahrain
Biblo is looking for an experienced Senior Barista & Front of House All-Rounder who takes pride in excellent coffee, warm service, and a well-run café. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead the bar while confidently supporting every part of front of house.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks consistently, following Biblo’s recipes and presentation standards.
- Lead the bar during service, maintain quality, and guide and train other baristas.
- Welcome customers, explain the menu, take orders, serve tables, and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support takeaway and delivery orders, including accurate packing and handover.
- Keep the bar, equipment, display, and customer areas clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Monitor drink ingredients and preparations, check freshness and dates, and report shortages or equipment issues promptly.
- Step in wherever needed during busy periods and help the front of house team work smoothly together.
What we’re looking for
- Strong barista experience, including espresso preparation and milk texturing.
- Experience guiding a team or taking responsibility for a coffee bar.
- Confident English communication and a friendly, attentive approach to customers.
- Good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm during busy service.
- A genuine willingness to help across all front of house duties.
