Biblo is looking for a friendly, reliable front of house team member who can move confidently between table service, the cashier, takeaway orders, and daily café operations. You should enjoy looking after guests, pay attention to details, and be willing to help wherever the shift needs you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, explain the menu, take accurate orders, and provide attentive table service.
- Operate the cashier and POS, process payments accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
- Prepare, check, and pack takeaway and delivery orders, including Talabat orders.
- Present pastries and products neatly, refill the display, and keep the counter and dining area clean and ready for guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team so orders are served correctly and on time.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally, and inform the supervisor when an issue needs attention.
- Support opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in café or restaurant service and cashier work is preferred.
- Clear spoken English and a warm, professional manner.
- Confidence using a POS system and handling several orders during busy periods.
- Good attention to hygiene, presentation, order accuracy, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work across all front of house duties, including weekends and shifts.
