Ahmed Alyami Group is looking for a Collection Officer to join our team.

💼 Position: Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and overdue balances.
- Contact customers through calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments regarding payment issues.
- Resolve customer payment queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare regular collection and aging reports.
- Support timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in collections/accounts receivable is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Saudi/GCC experience is an advantage.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
