Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting within the restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food cost calculation and recipe costing.
Ability to analyze raw material costs, food waste, and inventory control.
Experience in preparing cost reports and analyzing variances between actual and target costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, or Bangladeshi.
