🔹 1. Technical Civil & Architecture Engineer
Specialization: Waterproofing & Formwork Teams
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical activities with waterproofing and formwork subcontractors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
Verify waterproofing systems, formwork layouts, and construction details.
Review material submittals, technical documents, and quantity requirements.
Identify design discrepancies, technical clashes, and constructability issues.
Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, QA/QC, Site, and Subcontractor teams.
Support technical clarifications, inspections, and resolution of site issues.
🔹 2. Technical Architecture Engineer
Specialization: Material Submittals (MPA) & Quantity Take-Off
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Prepare and review Material Procurement Approval (MPA) / material submittal documents.
Perform architectural material quantity take-offs from approved drawings and BOQs.
Review material specifications, technical datasheets, samples, and compliance documents.
Coordinate material approvals with Consultants, Suppliers, Procurement, and Site teams.
Verify quantities, identify discrepancies, and update calculations according to drawing revisions.
Prepare quantity sheets, material schedules, and supporting technical documentation.
Follow up on consultant comments and ensure timely approval of materials.
