We are seeking a qualified Contract Engineer with strong contractual and commercial expertise to support the successful delivery of our prestigious construction project in Medina.
🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
12+ years of relevant construction contract administration experience.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, EOT, and subcontract management.
Experience in high-rise towers, 5-star hotels, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Excellent contractual writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract documentation systems.
Saudi/GCC construction experience preferred.
