🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for a major high-rise luxury hotel development.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall MEP project execution, from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and ELV systems.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams to resolve technical interfaces and site conflicts.
Review drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, quality, and installation progress.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project departments.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
15+ years of overall professional experience in GCC countries.
Proven experience in 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
High-rise tower construction experience is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong experience managing large-scale MEP works on luxury hospitality developments.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary MEP teams and subcontractors.
Excellent knowledge of MEP coordination, project controls, testing, commissioning, and handover.
