About the Role
We are looking for experienced and Aramco-approved Rigger Level 1 personnel for an upcoming project in Jizan. The selected candidates will be responsible for safe and efficient rigging operations in line with Saudi Aramco standards and site safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform rigging activities including slinging, hooking, and securing loads for lifting operations
• Select and inspect appropriate rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, spreader beams, chains, etc.) before each use
• Ensure lifting gear is certified, color-coded, and in good condition
• Guide crane operators and supervise load movement using standard hand signals or radio communication
• Assist in assembly, positioning, and installation of equipment and structures
• Establish and maintain barricaded lifting zones and ensure safe working distances
• Follow lifting plans, JSAs, permits, and toolbox talk instructions
• Comply strictly with Saudi Aramco safety standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures
• Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately
Requirements
• Valid Aramco Rigger Level 1 Card
• Proven experience as a rigger in oil and gas, industrial, or construction environments
• Sound knowledge of load calculations, rigging hardware, and lifting procedures
• Ability to read and follow lifting plans and signals
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor and hot conditions
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to HSE standards
Documents Required
• All valid ID documents (Iqama/ID, passport, muqeem etc.)
• Valid Aramco Card
• Valid Chamber of Commerce certificate
Commercial Terms
• Duration: Short term, 1 month+
• Payment Terms: 45–60 days after invoice submission
• Mobilization: Immediate
